How your scorecard works

What Vonvo checks after every call, and where to find past scores.

    All plans

When a call ends, Vonvo reads the transcript and scores it on an NEPQ-based scorecard. The scorecard is ready a few moments after you hang up.

    • An overall score out of 100, the average of the five stage scores.
    • Five stages: connection, situation, problem, solution and commitment. Each has a short checklist, quoting the line you said that ticked it off.
    • Skill scores for clarity, tone, empathy and ownership.
    • Strengths and areas to improve that quote your own words, plus the key moments of the call.

Scoring uses the transcript only. It reflects what was said, not body language or facial expressions, including on video roleplay.

SPIN, MEDDIC and BANT are available as frameworks for guidance during practice and live calls. The scorecard itself stays NEPQ-based.

Find past scorecards under Call analysis: Practice for practice calls, Real calls for live coaching sessions. Scoring is included and does not use extra credits.
