    • Team management and training tools
    • Hiring assessment capabilities
    • Certification and learning path features

    3. Account Registration

    To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information
    • Keep your password secure and confidential
    • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

    4. Subscription and Payment

    Vonvo is an actively evolving platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that:

    • The platform may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features at any given time
    • We are continuously working to improve and enhance the Services
    • By signing up, you are choosing to participate in and benefit from our ongoing development and improvements
    • The presence of bugs or issues does not entitle you to a refund
    • Credits: All purchased credits are non-refundable and expire according to the terms of your subscription plan
    • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Services to:

    We may use AI and machine learning technologies to analyze your usage and improve our Services. Conversation recordings and transcripts may be used to train and improve our AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.

    9. Termination

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

    9.2 Termination by Us

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. We may terminate immediately without notice if you violate these Terms.

    9.3 Effect of Termination

    Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The AI-generated content and coaching suggestions are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VONVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vonvo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

    13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Australia.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

    15. General Provisions

    • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vonvo regarding the Services.
    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
    • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
