Live coaching gives you real-time prompts during live Microsoft Teams calls, from the Professional plan. Vonvo listens through your microphone and the browser tab your call runs in, so join the call in your browser.
- Step 1: Choose New session, then Live call.
- Step 2: Name the session so you can find it later.
- Step 3: Connect your microphone.
- Step 4: Share the browser tab your call is running in, and tick Share tab audio so Vonvo can hear the other person.
- Step 5: Start the session. Coaching prompts appear in your Vonvo tab while you talk.
- Step 6: End the session when the call ends. The call is scored and saved under Call analysis, then Real calls.
Live coaching uses 10 credits a minute.
Prompts show in Vonvo, not in the meeting. If you share your screen on the call, share the meeting content rather than the Vonvo tab.
Let the people on the call know you're using an AI assistant that transcribes the conversation, and follow the recording consent rules where you and they are.
